1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Guro Hub ("guro-hub-ph.vercel.app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.

2. About the Site

Guro Hub is an independent educational resource website created to support Filipino teachers. It provides curriculum search, teaching framework tutorials, visual aids, school forms, and classroom tools. The Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Department of Education (DepEd) or any government agency.

3. User Accounts

Some features require creating an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and truthful information when registering.
• Keeping your password secure and confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Post spam, advertising, or irrelevant content in comments.
• Post abusive, hateful, defamatory, or harassing content.
• Impersonate another person or use a fake identity.
• Attempt to access, hack, or disrupt the Site's infrastructure.
• Use automated scripts or bots to scrape content without permission.
• Redistribute or resell content from this Site as your own.

5. Content and Comments

You retain ownership of content you post in comments. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display your content on the Site. We reserve the right to remove any comment that violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate, without notice.

Comments are limited to 100 per competency page. When the limit is reached, the oldest comment is automatically removed.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site's original content — including teaching framework tutorials, tool designs, and custom code — is owned by Guro Hub. Curriculum guides and DepEd materials referenced on the Site are publicly available government documents. Visual aid images are sourced from Openverse and are subject to their respective Creative Commons licenses. Users must check and comply with the license terms of each image.

7. Disclaimer

The Site and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the information is accurate, complete, or current. The teaching framework tutorials are educational guides, not official policy documents. Always refer to official DepEd issuances for authoritative guidance.

8. Limitation of Liability

Guro Hub is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Site, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or indirect damages. The Site is a free educational resource provided without charge.

9. External Links

The Site contains links to external websites (Khan Academy, YouTube, Google, Openverse, DepEd portals). We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party sites.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
