⚠️At-Risk Students
Automatically identifies students at risk based on failing grades, low attendance, or missing assessments. Track interventions and follow-up dates.
Why Teachers Need It
Teachers often realize a student is at risk too late — after they've already failed. This sheet flags at-risk students early so you can intervene before it's too late.
Key Benefits
- Risk Level auto-assigned based on grade and attendance thresholds
- Missing Scores column flags students with incomplete assessments
- Intervention column lets you record your action plan
- Follow-Up Date and Status track whether the intervention is working
- Teacher Notes column for qualitative observations
How It Works
- 1Final Grade and Attendance % pull automatically from the Gradebook and Attendance Tracker.
- 2Risk Level = HIGH if grade < 75, MEDIUM if grade 75-80 or attendance < 80%, LOW otherwise.
- 3Missing Scores checks for blank cells in the Gradebook.
- 4You manually enter Intervention, Follow-Up Date, Status, and Notes.
Example Workflow
“The sheet shows 3 students flagged as HIGH risk. For each, you record an intervention: 'Parent contact,' ' Remedial session,' or 'Counseling referral.' You set follow-up dates and check back in two weeks to see if grades improve.”
Pro Tips for Teachers
- •Review this sheet after every major assessment
- •Document interventions immediately while details are fresh
- •Use Status to track whether interventions are working (Not Started, In Progress, Resolved)
